We love a good taiao kaupapa, so when Te Rūnanga o Ngāti Awa invited us to help them build excitement around the launch of Korehāhā Whakahau – Aotearoa’s first iwi-led Predator Free 2050 project – we naturallly jumped at the chance.

Leveraging the expertise of experienced filmmakers Ihākara Wilson and Rangi Rangitukunoa, we created a visually stunning and emotionally captivating promotional video. This video served as the cornerstone of a high-impact communications campaign, showcasing the project’s transformative potential for Ngāti Awa land and community.

Our strategic communication approach focused on the art of storytelling. Through compelling narratives and breathtaking cinematography, we effectively communicated the vision, values, and aspirations of Korehāhā Whakahau. The video not only ignited enthusiasm within the iwi but also rallied support from the wider community, inspiring individuals to actively engage in this transformative journey.

This collaboration exemplified our commitment to empowering indigenous-led initiatives that prioritize environmental preservation and cultural revitalization. By harnessing the power of strategic communication, we ensured that the Korehāhā Whakahau project gained the attention and support it deserved.
